If I could be anyone in the would I would be… Michael Jordan! I want to be him because he is an amazing basketball player and I love everything about basketball.
I like Michael Jordan because he can do great passes, wonderful dribbling, fantastic kicks woops not kicks… and MAGNIFECENT SLAM DUNKS!!!
I like Michael Jordan because he is very popular and he is very cool.

For the first two 2 weeks of Term 2 we have been learning about our native environment. We had to choose a bird, insect, plant, tree and animal that was native to New Zealand. We then had to carry out our independent research to gather accurate and interesting information. Once we had done that we then made detailed drawings of each and then we drew around the outline in vivid and coloured them in using pastels.
Once we had completed everything we then put them altogether to form our New Zealand Bush scene outside our classroom.
We are really proud of what we have achieved and think it looks awesome!! What do you think? 
Yogie was bitting the head off the cat and the cat was clawing Yogie and Monty was biting the belly of the cat. My Nana and I didn’t manage to save the cat. Monty and Yogie got the biggest hiding from Charlie and my Nana for killing the cat.In Term 1 Room 21 looked at the meaning of different signs and symbols. As a class we created our own flags that represented our personal beliefs and values. Then as a class we brainstormed symbols that represented Room 21. We created a sketch of what we wnated our flag to look like.
JM & CJ worked with Mrs Tetupu in Room 25 and finalised the design before creating the flag using paints and printing techniques.
The Four Stars
The Four Stars represent the four stars in the Souuthern Cross that can be seen on the New Zealand Flag. These stars are shown on our flag to represent our belonging to New Zealand.
The stars also represent the fact that we are all stars in Room 21. The stars also symbolise that anything is possible of we reach for the stars. Like what Jonah Lomu said “Impossible is Nothing”
The Sun
The sun represents the brightness of every one in Room 21. We are all extrememely talented and have lots of different skills to offer.
The Sun also represents a new beginning. In Room 21 we believe that it is important to learn from your mistakes and that every day is a new day. We have to make the most of every day so that we can achieve our dreams.
The Planet Earth
The Planet Earth on our flag represents the world that we belong to.
It represents al the different countries that we belong to. There are 11 different nationalities in Rom 21. The Planet Earth symbolises our love of travelling and our dreams to visitlots of new and exciting countries.
The Planet Earth also represents our concern of what is happening in our world and how we can really make a difference if we all do a little part eg picking up rubbish, turning of lights……
Dear Diary,
Konnichu wa Diary. Can you trust in me to write in you? I can trust in all my friends but not my enemies because I don’t trust in them with my belongings as they might lose them. If I am able to trust in someone they will have to be sensible, have to show the value with pride and loyalty.
I trust in Miss Adamson because she is sensible and she has as the teachers say The Best Class In The Whole School. I can trust in my friends because they are all reliable as so am I.
Rm 21 is the most responsible class in the whole school. I think that I could achieve the School Value this week just like that!!!

This week’s value is Tolerance. I will show this value
by waiting my turn, sharing my space and time with everyone and by accepting others ideas and listening them.
My goal for myself is to keep improving my handwriting by focusing on my slope.
I like Miss Adamson she’s soooo pretty and I like her dreadlocks maybe I might get some.(Might). I like my class this year because everyone is really friendly and we cooperate nicely with each other.
